Ideate

I first began to think of a story that i was really excited about, and the one about my niece really motivated me to create an animation. I received a lot of help from my professor, Prof. Krikun. as she helped me learn how to use Illustrator and Animate. As well as creating a story that compels to the audience. Then I started to create a storyboard, i actually had to do it two or three times, because i was unsatisfied with the first one. I wanted to create a positive and happy animation, since it does involve a baby and a dog. I decided to achieve that by having a fun and bold colors incorporated into the animation. I wanted my animation to be filled with color. For the audio, I wanted it to create a happy and fun experience. Some elements such as the Ellas outfit, the type of car, and the dog are actually things that i got from my nieces actual life, as she does own that outfit, her mom does drive that type of car, and her dog looks somewhat like that. As i was creating the animation, these little details just came to me, as it is inspired by her.
